Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Bereka-Pudi Consulting ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). This notice explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect only the information you provide:

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

2. Why we process it

We process this information for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry, preparing a quotation or proposal, and — where you become a client — delivering the contracted services. We rely on your consent and on the legitimate interest of responding to a request you initiated.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have requested — for example, submitting a CIDB, COIDA, CIPC or SARS application on your behalf — or where we are required to do so by law.

Website form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form delivery service and are stored in our business email system.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client records are retained for the period required by applicable tax, company and contractual law, after which they are securely destroyed.

5. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including access control, encryption in transit and least-privilege administration — to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of that information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

7. Contact

To exercise any of these rights or to raise a privacy concern, contact our Information Officer:
